I love this set! I've been using it daily since I received it and I can already see the difference. It's handy, which is a big bonus as you're recommended to keep it on for 30 minutes a day. There's a ten-minute timer that beeps to let you know how much time has passed, which comes in handy when you need a break. I only needed a break the first day, once you get used to it, 30 minutes goes by quickly. I just watch TV while using it. Ease of Use - The instructions are clear and very easy to use. You simply remove the paper from under the battery and attach the shell to the lantern. It's easy to remove so you can put everything back in the vase between uses. You brush your teeth before use and it says not to eat or drink anything within 1 hour of use, which can cause stains. The syringes come with 3ml of whitening gel each and you only use 0.5ml per application, so that's enough for a while! The quality of all parts is so high that the price you pay for this kit is unbelievably cheap! I've seen her more than twice for the same thing. I will definitely be buying more gel syringes in the future. Great whitening kit!
