Let me be clear that this is not wallpaper. Do what you want to do and if putting this on your walls makes you happy then go for it. It’s more likely to peel the paint off your wall when you remove it.I bought it for lining drawers and shelves on furniture that I refinish and for that purpose I have zero complaints! Looks and feels like real wood.

The imprinted wood grain on this looks great! But the imprinted parts are VERY thin, and act like a perforation. so after application, it peels off in shreds, not sheets. It's a non-issue for small, easy, permanent projects (e.g. covering an old tension rod or cheap side table), but would be a headache for large ones where removal is expected (e.g. rental kitchen cabinets).

I don't usually leave product reviews, but I'm SO happy with this contact paper. I installed this paper along my kitchen countertops, which I use 3-4 times daily. On the sections I installed well, I've had no bubbling, peeling, or damage beyond tiny scuffs and spots that can be covered with leftover scraps of contact paper. My desk has peeling laminate wood so I bought this to fix that. It's been 1 or 2 months now, sometimes things with sharp edges may catch on the film like a metal ruler and poke through it. The film is pretty thin and because it's textured, it may catch on things very easily.Despite this, the film truly looks great! It makes my desk look so much better. Just be careful and don't be surprised if you need to replace it eventually.

Pleasantly surprised with purchase. Adhesion is excellent on wood cabinets. There are pieces that I removed multiple times and then reapplied without loss of "stickiness". Love the texture! Easy upgrade to old, beat-up furniture. I used this contact paper to spruce up my old particle board desk and laptop cart. I am very pleased with the results! I peeled all the old coating off my laptop cart and started laying the first section of contact paper per the instructions. Used this to cover our kitchen table because the top had gotten a lot of water/heat marks on it throughout the years. We were hosting thanksgiving and I wanted something other than a table cloth that would look nice and pass at a glance. This worked very well and has been on my table since. It took 2.5 rolls just to cover my desk (about 28" x 60") . I had a couple of issues with the edges of the rolls being crinkled (I think this was due to the way it was packaged) and therefore, getting caught and ripping slightly as I was applying it, but other than that I was pleased. Be very gentle. Don't stretch the paper at all or you'll run the risk of tearing it. You need a REALLY sharp Xacto knife or utility blade for cutting without tearing. Gave my daughter a once beautiful full wood desk for college it was definitely in need of being refinished as most of the top of the desk was in poor shape with water marks, wood showing from oil diffuser spill, etc. Since we aren't likely to refinish she purchased this to cover the top of it and my husband placed it on in less than 20 min! The paper looks good. It has a raised wood grain texture that looks and feels close to real grain. Applying it is somewhat challenging and requires patience. The paper is SUPER sticky and sticks to everything. That’s good once it’s applied but bad when you’re trying to apply long strips on your own. It’ll be much easier if you have a partner. It is really hard to get it perfectly straight and if you don’t allow extra inches, you’ll end up with a bare corner. Also if you crumple the paper too…

This contact paper is one of the best I've come across to do projects with. It's very durable and the texture is great. Also it's very easy to peel off and reapply if you make a mistake. The end result was exactly what I was looking for for the new piece in my kitchen. I already ordered 2 more rolls to finish my cabinets!

Looks GREAT! I ordered more cause I love that you can't tell there is a liner cause it matches the black painted wood so well and goes on so smooth. I was even asked why I didn't line the cabinets and I showed them I did. Plus it has held up well in our guest bath. 10/10. I could not be happier with this product.

It was easy to install. Wood grain looks real and I like the texture. Thing I didn’t like was it has bubbles and it was hard to work those out. but for the $ you get what you pay for. Handle with care! Papered the tops of nightstand and dresser. Applied from the center outward worked well. Some wrinkles from the roll. Corners and curves are tricky. Once stretched from reapplying it tears.

This is ok very thin . small roll and I had just enough for and office desk. I couldn't get out all the creases no matter how I pressed and used a flat dough cutter to smooth out.
