*In parts*REASON: I got my first pair of these for Christmas from my mom after hearing good reviews from friends at school. I noticed the low price and thought why not see how good they really are. CONS: These headphones are very light; This is due to the plastic used. It's not bad, but the build quality feels fragile in your hands and might break if placed on a packed bookshelf. Be careful when transporting. Additionally, these earbuds are NOT designed for activities like running, weightlifting, and the like. I could easily see them breaking during use. They're most useful at your computer desk, watching something on your tablet in bed, or on the train, subway, plane, or car. BENEFITS: Perfect for any MP3 player, tablet, audio device and computer with a 3.5mm audio jack (virtually all popular devices). Headphones are lightweight, with a good thick cable. The sound is phenomenal; The sound is clear and rich and covers high and low frequencies very well. And the last BEST feature of them is the price. How can you go wrong with $15? That's the price of some terrible Skullcandy earbuds, and they're terrible compared to these. That said, there's a newer model for about $10 more, and from what I've heard they easily justify the small difference in price (here's a link to them: http://www.amazon.com). /Sony-MDRZX300-BLK-Stereo-Headphones/dp/B004RKQMCY/ref=pd_sim_e_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=15DW793MYMC9EHS0D16V). VERSION: Sony is a very reliable company; after all, they make TVs, PlayStations, and audio accessories; you can't go wrong with the quality. For this reason I bought a new pair after accidentally breaking the wires in the cord of my first set (not a product defect, I was just in a rush). After that, I fought myself for a few days. I was very excited when my second pair arrived today and they are just as good as the first. The sound is perfect and the price is fantastic. Which begs the question, why spend over $200 on Beats when you can get even better sound for less than $20?
