Bought 2 pairs of women's blue light Penbea glasses (1 for me and 1 for my daughter) and love them! Decided to buy another pair and was disappointed for two reasons. First, the price has increased by $3, and second, because the beautiful magnet case and cleaning cloth that came with the first order were NOT included with that order! Instead I got a cheap plastic glasses case. I was very upset so I emailed Penbea and asked to exchange my glasses and case for the same ones I bought the first time (good email with no complaints). NO ANSWER! Something to say about the lack of customer service! NO ANSWER not acceptable!
