Review on ☕ Clever Coffee Dripper with Free Bonus Filters - Clear by Leslie Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not new to the coffee district.

The Clever has been around for a while and is my second Clever brewery. I'm not a french press fan because of the cloudy taste and sediment, but I like the filter french press and then Clever came along. I can consistently taste a French Press with the clarity of a pour over. Here's my favorite Clever recipe with a twist from James Bailey Workshop Coffee with my own tweaks to what I like. 400 ml water 24 g ground/coarse coffee. Hot water from the tap to rinse the filter and heat the Clever, then pour into a jar and empty the jar. Freshly boiled water is about 209°. Pour in the water, then add the ground coffee (yes, do the reverse process) and start the timer, stir to make sure the coffee is wet with the lid on and leave 1: 30 pull, breaking the bark slightly, and at 2:00 turn on the Clever. your vessel and let it drain. Should happen from 45 to 13:00 and you will have a great cup of coffee.
