These chairs are a godsend! Stocks of chairs/stools and furniture are almost non-existent in furniture stores here in Miami. I think due to issues related to Covid-19. When buying bar stools from furniture stores in Miami, we always heard that it would take more than 6-8 months for our order(s) to arrive. We ordered six of these stools/chairs from Revain and received all six within a week! There was a small issue with the seat cushions on two of the chairs and Nathan James was quick to resolve the issue and even sent us a box of Godiva chocolates for our minor inconvenience! A lady named Claire from the Nathan James Customer Support Center was an absolute "angel". She was polite, helpful and personable. I have NEVER received such a great treatment from a manufacturer! Nathan James delivers excellence to his clients and that is an extremely rare trait these days.
