
I have always slept on my stomach and recently realized that this could be the cause of my almost constant neck and shoulder pain. I was looking for a pillow, maybe they can help. My mom has a similar pillow but it didn't quite live up to my expectations so I kept looking and found this one. While sleeping on my stomach is probably still not ideal, after just a few nights I can tell a difference in how my shoulders and neck feel in the morning. I don't know how this all works, but it seems to keep me in a more natural position. Definitely recommend trying it out!
