I sustained a C1/C2 neck injury in my 20s and have used a number of neck braces but this one is the absolute best I've ever worn. The top and bottom parts are soft for supporting the head without feeling stiff and scratchy. Love the extra support velcro strip and the sleeve cover. Neck braces always irritate my chin, earlobes, and shoulders and the soft sleeve is a huge plus. I think this is the first neck brace I can actually sleep in without the usual discomfort.
