Looks very light but too loose around the neck for most.
Good quality. I have the same thing with almost all velcro capes, including those for children. It would fit around a huge painfully obese neck but on a regular/small/baby neck the velcro starts out too wide so you can't get it tight especially on children and small necks. I don't understand this shortcoming that 90% of raincoats have.
