The hook on the strap broke the first time you put it on.

I really liked the case and was hoping to use the strap for my work but the clip on the strap broke when I tried to use it for the first time. Is there a way to send the strap back and get a new one instead of sending the whole case because I love the case but I received it because it came with the strap. Thank you for your attention to this matter, Todd
