I bought this amp to power my Rockford Fosgate Prime R1693 6x9 (60W RMS). After hooking up speakers to my Sony Xplod head unit post-sale, I was very disappointed with the head unit! So I ordered this amp to squeeze a nice clean sound into my speakers. The amp changed the world at high volume. No distortion or clipping! (Maybe because I matched the speaker and amplifier power ratings to 60 watts). This product is not designed to annoy your neighbors, just to give you clear sound in your car, loud enough to drown out your fellow passengers' conversations! Make sure you buy a cable set as no cables are included with the amp. Yes, and it's not in the product description, but the amp has speaker inputs, for those of you looking for that option :).
