Bought to walk dogs at night and while it makes me feel a bit weird like I'm a road worker or something, it definitely makes us more visible to motorists and therefore safer. Fits well - I wear 2x and it's big enough for me, light and comfortable. In winter it is tighter over the jacket, but still doable. It reflects the light very well when car headlights fall on it, and even without direct light, the yellow color is quite visible. My dogs and I can still enjoy our daily walks when the darkness of winter approaches.
