Update - Instructions for the back cover/stand of this keyboard are missing. It turns out that the magnet is only needed to connect the case to the tablet. The black goo ultimately holds the two things together. Since I got the tablet before the keyboard, I used it when I first tried to attach the back cover and couldn't get it to stick and the magnets are woefully inadequate to tie them together in any meaningful way. After playing around, I decided to clean the tablet's surface with 91% isopropyl alcohol to remove grease from my hands. I also wiped off the black sticky glue. I let it dry for a few minutes and then lined up the back cover on the tablet. I turned the tablet over and placed it on a soft towel. Then I pressed on the area where the black glue is for a few minutes. After that it stuck like glue. Didn't try to pull it off, but it definitely works as a stand. I'm glad I found out because aftermarket keyboards look cheap compared to them. First Review As another reviewer said, the back cover does not stay attached when used to support the display. I experimented with a different magnet and found that the strong magnet is only on one side of the lid. I am convinced that there should be two magnets because if there were only one it would be centered. Obvious production error. I am going to return it now as it is completely unusable when left open on the table.
