This fits exactly like the picture - rounded hem in front and back that comes just below buttocks, sleeves that come to just above the elbow (that are not tight-fitting, and I have large-ish upper arms - why does everything now seem to have a tiny sleeve? Elbow or half-sleeves are so flattering!), and a v-neckline that draws attention to the face without being too low-cut. It has a very slight flare at the hip that is curve-friendly. The shirt can be dressed up or down, as it is substantial and well-made enough that it doesn't scream "t-shirt" when pairing with a cardi or blazer.The material is soft and flowy, not clingy. I'm a huge fan of rayon blends (probably 1/3 of my wardrobe is rayon pieces), and this feels like rayon. However, some rayon tends to cling or show every little bump, and this shirt does not. The material is pretty thin, but not flimsy (not see-through).Usually when I see "Asian size" warnings I wind up buying an XXL or something, but after reading reviews, I only bought a size up from my usual American size (about a 12 - I bought a 14) because I'm a little busty, I like my shirts a bit looser, and I was protecting against potential shrinkage. I probably could have bought my regular size and been fine; it did not shrink perceptibly after washing according to label instructions, and it resists wrinkles, so would travel well.I bought one initially (purple), and came back and bought another (the wine red, which is a gorgeous rich color), and will likely buy more in the future (I'm looking at you, green and blue). Love!
