Just a terrible product, very upset.
Even before entering the airport, it became clear that something was wrong with the suitcase. When the wife tilted it to roll on 2 wheels with the bottom of the suitcase, she began to scribble asphalt. But okay, I thought maybe she tilted it the wrong way. We flew on a Hong Kong-Istanbul flight. On arrival we were in for a nasty surprise. Hole in the body. I really regret buying this suitcase.
