I have two of these. I run a lot and like to have different options for hydration that fit the mileage/terrain I run. For long runs, I wear a hydration vest and use the hydration bladder. But, for shorter runs, where I still want to carry water/electrolytes, I love these bottles for several reasons.1) I don't like hand-helds because I prefer to have my hands free2) If I am not using my reservoir bladder, I'll use these and they happen to fit perfectly in the front pockets of my running vest - see image.3) Love the long straw! I can easily sip form them without having to take them out of the pockets.4) Having the weight in the front, versus, on my back for shorter runs is comfortable.TIP - if you use these: You need to bleed out the extra air after you fill them. BUT, put them in the pocket that you'll have them in FIRST. Then, bleed out the extra air. When the bottle are full with liquid and extra air, they're easier to put in the pocket. If you bleed out the air before you put them in the pocket, they're too flimsy to get in.
