I really think you could use this about once a week and you should be fine.
Everything is easy. Just like a speedstick or any other stick. But it's like a layer of wax that lasts forever. I shower every other day and it's hard to wash off on the second day. The second day it feels super dry and almost waxy. I'll never smell my BO again. I've been using Speed Stick Musk for about 30 years. My wife said she really liked her degree so I gave it a try. It's pretty impressive. How it holds up to heavy sweating I can't say. I work in an office and my exercises are walking and short bike rides. But even when I mow the lawn, I don't stink. I recommend it.
