Good computers. I've used dozens of them on various projects. This is the first time I've bought from the Revain Renewed store and not directly from a Refurbisher. I assume they use different companies for this, but the five computers I received were from My Technology Geeks. There were no keyboards or mice, although the description said they were. This is usually the cheapest keyboard and mouse, but I think it's even cheaper not to have them. I managed to make do with what was at hand. One of the computers rattled terribly when I unpacked it. Unfortunately, they are provided with a security sticker. I think if you open it it will void the warranty. I opened it up and found the SSD just dangling inside. He fell off the pedestals. Instead of using the appropriate four screws to secure the SSD, they used just two and placed those two on the end that wouldn't be secured by the locking mechanism. I've placed them in the right place and remounted the disk, but I'm afraid the clients on the other four computers will call back and their disk will fall out. It's just the installer's negligence. One of the computers had severe scratches that are visible from across the room, which is a lot worse than "there are no visible cosmetic flaws by holding it at arm's length." Finally, one of the cords was from the outlet to the power supply malfunction. I had one on hand but not plugging anything in to make sure it worked before sending it to the door made this purchase a little disappointing. I understand refurbished/renovated is not new but some lack quality control. their suppliers and you must be careful. I think if I contacted them they would fix everything but this project was time limited and I had to be content with what I had at the time. UPDATE: After running for a few hours, one of the computers stopped working. Power on but the screen was blank, nothing happened when switched on to VGA or DP. After some troubleshooting found that one of the RAM modules is defective. The computer works with one module installed but contacted mycomputergeeks.com and cleared it with Kumar who was very helpful and sent a replacement. They gave me a tracking number before I hung up. So up from 3 to 4 stars.
