The printer is easy to set up and use. Print quality is excellent and hundreds of cards can be printed quickly. The only issue we had was that the printer needed to be cleaned after printing a few thousand cards and would not print until cleaned. There may be a workaround, but we took a cleaning kit and cleaned the printer. After cleaning, the printer worked perfectly. Not a big problem but it was unexpected. The printer currently only supports Windows or an earlier version of macOS. There are drivers and instructions to make it work on an updated Mac, but this requires editing the system from recovery mode and is not an acceptable solution in our environment.
