Review on ImportBuddy by George Bell

The ability for me personally as an internal user with no development skills at all is just brilliant! I have been able use this program successfully from day 1, it has helped us so much internally in terms of sales opportunities being closed quicker than ever before using our own import file within SFDC that we built ourselves!! Using their API's which are not cheap (10k per month), they can provide great support but will be expensive if your looking long term compared say like MS Dynamics 365 where there isn't such limitations when it comes to importing files etc.
