Sous vide? This is for you.

I’ve recently found the chimney starter to be the best way to sear my steaks after a sous vide. This contraption makes it much easier and safer. Highly recommended.

Pros

PORTABLE CAMPING GRILL GRATE- Our 7.5 inch design easily holds 2 hamburgers and/or multiple hotdogs. While the coverage is small, you may be surprised how much you can fit on the space! Not just for camping, but great for the guy or gal that wants to grill a quick burger on a weekday night. Chimney starter not included.

Cons

Can be dangerous if not handled with care, as hot coals can cause burns or start fires
