Make sure that you can remove the 4 burner tubes before you buy these replacement parts. On our grill the screws holding the tubes in place could not be unscrewed, even with application of WD-40 (which is flammable and must be removed before igniting the grill). I'm sure it was my fault, but i googled the model number of my charbroil grill and this refurbish kit came up. However it must be for something else, i maybe should have tried returning it. However i started hacking it in there. After remaking the igniters, and the burner covers and cutting the back of my grill out for the top grates to stick through because there were .25" to long my grill is functional again. At least the burners fit. But I could have purchased a whole new grill for $180.

I gave it a four star only because the package did not arrive when stated it would be delivered. The product was easy to install and took a used old grill to like new condition. We had wanted to purchase a new gas grill but our neighbors gave us an older used one instead. We replaced the burners and grill and it works wonderfully. Couldn't stomach spending another grand for a new grill with inflation prices sky-high. This was a awesome fix The kit may negatively affect the resale value of the grill.

Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for me having to use my own drill, drill bit, and my own screws (luckily I had everything at home). Other than this dilemma, twice I've had replace both and burners and plates from rusting out now (over the last 6 years, and knew it was time to replace the grill top too this time; so I just ordered the entire rebuilt kit and it's like new again. for another 5 years at least 🤞😜

Needed to rebuild the grill. The burner covers were shot along with a couple of crossover tubes. The grates were also starting to rust. Everything fit great. The grates are just a fraction smaller than original but has no impact on usage.

Other than the screw holes being too small, I still give this set a five star. Charbroil grill from the 1990s looks like new, operates great.

The replacement grates were not as heavy as the originals but are good quality. Everything else is OEM quality. I would order again. BB

Burners did not fit 463244012. The Q&A section says they fit this model. Had to modify the fire box slightly with a Dremel tool so the flat part of the burner that seats on the gas orifice would slide in to the box. Took a little bit of time but works fine. Can't comment on durability yet as I have not cooked food on the new grates.

Needed to replace parts on the grill. Fit perfect and prolonged the life of the grill without having to replace the entire grill.

This was a great makeover as and less expensive than purchasing a new grill. The installation was easy. Only issue for me was removing old rusted screws on the burners and there were no new screws. Went to farmers exchange for new screws, cost $.45. Problem solved.

The kit was a perfect. We encountered a problem in that a couple of the screws that held down the gas jets had "dissolved" do we could not replace. May have to get a new grill but,for now, the parts worked fine.

I use my Charbroil grill a lot. This is the second time I've replaced wear parts. The first time I used a universal kit, which worked but not not as well. This time I got the specific repair kit for my grill, huge difference. I also replaced the pan making the grill look and function like new!

Everything is great except the burners do not fit my grill, even tho my grill was listed as one of the compatible makes. Installing the kit may require modifications to the grill!

grates fit well but the ss burners and carry over tubes were wrong and can not be installed , grilled twice and grates finish missing in spots and rusting.

Some of the parts are wrong but the grate worked fine. Evidently my model has been discontinued but the grate was the most important thing.

The quality of the product is very good!Had some difficulty installing the burners. I purchased 4 metal screws to secure them. But well worth the extra effort. Looks and works like new. No provision for igniters on the burners but mine hasn’t worked for years. I use a hand held lighter.
