I'm so glad I bought this. I've been thinking about replacing the headrest and even the seats in my car! I get migraines from headrests that push my neck too far forward (like almost everyone these days). My husband doesn't understand that because it doesn't bother him. I think he has more musculature in his back so he has natural padding on his back which gives a little more room between his head and his headrest. This pillow is exactly what slim people need to achieve the same. Now I can even wear a ponytail in the car. I've tried so many different things and spent a lot of money on them. It's a bit pricey, but at least it works! I'm so glad I finally found the solution!
