Before I bought this docking station, I used 3-4 different cables and (same white Apple) adapters to connect them to my MacBook's USB-C ports, making a mess on mine Desk was causing and taking some trouble to connect and disconnect every time I left or came back from the desk. This Lasuney docking station makes the job easy and clean; There is only one port for connection. Even power comes through the device (small blue indicator light to the right of the USB ports). The device itself feels high quality and all the ports I've tried so far work well: all USB, HDMI and VGA ports (note that the VGA cable's screws do not screw into the device, but the VGA plus holds up well). ).
