Good clear picture with even room lighting; for the price i am satisfied. The camera feels solid and has a good weight. Feels like it's well made. Love the lens cap, just twist to block the image. It sits well on the monitor. It has enough up/down, tilt and side to side rotation to be able to see everything I need for normal use, which is all I need. The microphone picks up sounds from all over the room. I moved about 10 feet away and my voice could be heard, and sitting in a chair at a table a few feet away from me the sound becomes even clearer. However, you can say that you are speaking in a room; It's not like you're speaking into a headset where there's no background noise. But I'm quite happy with it. The only complaint is that when my desk is facing the open window and the lights in my room are off, my face is completely white. If I lower the blinds almost all the way and turn on the light in the room, the exposure is good and the picture is clear. The exposure is much better than the previous, more expensive camera I bought and had to return because my face was always brilliantly white against a dark background, even with the blinds closed. When you're sitting in an evenly lit room, it looks great! (I have posted three photos, one with the blinds open and the light from the window shining into the room, no overhead lights in the room, the second photo is the same but with the light on, the third photo with the blinds almost fully closed and the ceiling light is on).
