Looks like good quality but she hasn't tried them on yet. I bought them for my daughter for figure skating lessons. They're really thick so I think they'll keep her warm and the crotch has pleats that allow for less wear when she lifts her legs etc. I'm very happy with them. My daughter is very slim with long legs so they fit her perfectly. They may be too tight for bigger kids. Update after my daughter wore them twice: the crotch is baggy. She keeps pulling them up. However, they keep her very warm.
