The level of customer support was very good. The level of customization for the product was also very good. There was not much I disliked about the product. The price was very good. The product did exactly what I needed. I would have liked to have had a better way to manage the product. It was a bit difficult to use the product. I would recommend this product to other people who need a good product. I needed a way to scan and organize a lot of documents to find the ones I needed. I needed to be able to store the documents in a way that I could quickly find them again.
