The customer service is great, they are always willing to help you out no matter what time of day it may be or even if its weekend! They have some really good tools for data integration that can do almost anything! I think their pricing could probably be better in terms of how much product you get per month/year. You will need to spend more money upfront than other products but once your up and running with this software, there's not much maintenance required. We've been able to integrate our Oracle database directly into Salesforce without having to write any custom code.
