I give up. The first is broken and the second had a problem with the mouse.

The first one didn't work at all. They asked for a replacement and sent it immediately. The second seemed to work, but the mouse was jittery and extremely difficult to place anywhere. The mouse worked flawlessly on the other two hubs. I gave up and got them both back. Personally, I didn't like the very short cable, which causes the hub to dangle from the end of the USB stick to the floor. It said there were 131 reviews, but only a few reviews were showing.
