Review on 🍳 Deep Fry Basket, Lodge, 11.5-inch, Silver by Wade Brooks

Measure twice, buy once. If I had bought the next size up (which I almost did) it wouldn't fit. I bought it to fit a 12x5" 9 liter roaster. The pan is ideal for deep frying as it is wider than it is high so it holds a very large portion at a time and is easy to look in and reach in and out of The basket is easy to store in the pot (handle down) when not in use. The basket fits perfectly in my pan. It has enough space for the oil to flow freely around it and I can get it in and out of the pan so easily her out. I am very happy with my purchase.
