My daughter has been wearing these shoes to school for two weeks now. In the first week, the outer skin in the sock area began to wear off. It's not like she's into rock climbing and hardcore parkour in those things. Low quality. Last year I bought her a better, stronger Mary Jane for $9 at Walmart, enough for the whole school year. Of course, they ended up getting scratched, but at their current pace, they held up better than these shoes. For a $30 shoe, this is a big disappointment. This is robbery. I am not satisfied with my purchase. They are on sale at Ross for $10.99, reduced from $12.99. To be honest I don't know why this product has so many positive reviews.
