As many other reviewers mentioned, the case is defective. In my case, it was impossible to open. I sent a message to the seller but no reply. Several different models are reviewed on this page, and some models apparently have no problem with the case, but the one I received could not be opened. I had to pry it with a screwdriver. This product is defective, and the seller does not answer.

This is a very good product; however, there is just one thing I wish the manufacturer will include: design the base for storing the bits to hold the bits in place either by clicking in place or simply by making the base magnetic. These are super sturdy, the magnet is nice and strong, there are more heads than I'll ever need, and the container is super fancy how it opens. Some reviews said they can't get it closed after opening but I never had that issue. I just put the pieces back in their slots and I have no issue!
