The hanging heart fell off the first time you put it on.
These are beautiful earrings and the heart is a little bigger than I thought it was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately my heart skipped a beat the first time I put it on and I didn't realize it for several hours. Luckily I found it and can put it back on, but it's still not what's supposed to happen on first use.
