Always buy OEM for sensors

I used to buy a cheap replacement MAF. This lasted 6 months. This time I paid for an OEM Hitachi and my Nissan is working again!

OEM is usually the best option.

OEM products usually work best. This applies to the air mass meter. Works great and fixed my stuttering/stopping issue. ** For Nissan vehicles, it is imperative that you follow the intake air volume relearn procedures. ** If you don't do this, the new sensor may not make a difference until it's ready.

Great but... the best of sensors

Works great, supplied and sold by Revain. So I think he can trust that he's real. But I'm not too happy with the serial number scratched through. In my photo you can see the one that came with my car and the other from Revain. Why delete the serial number? So far it has worked without any problems.

  • Great for a small home

Great replacement for OEM parts, works just as well but 4 times cheaper!

New OEM parts were $225 each, new AutoZone parts were $120 each, they were only $60 each and were also new. I first tried the $20 refurbished ones which didn't work so this is the cheapest and best option I've found for new replacement parts. Installed a month ago and works perfectly.

Best I have found for 11 Altima

Shown as OEM for my 2011 Altima. It seems to work best between it and Delphi, which I returned. It's still slightly above idle, but otherwise works great. I tried other supposedly genuine Nissan brands that didn't work at all. I know OEM is required, it's just that I have trouble finding someone who believes in OEM other than going to a Nissan dealership and getting raped for being 'the one'.

Fake or real? Best Spare Parts

So I just received the item. I unpacked it and as you can see from the photos, this is how I received the product. I'm not sure there should be something that looks like caulk material seeping out of the corners of the sensor. Not only that, it looks like someone scratched something on the top of the sensor. So I don't know if it's fake or not, but I'll try it and see if my machine works better. 8-4-20. I've had the sensor on the car since my first check and it works great great. Happy I madeโ€ฆ

The engine light came on shortly after installation

The engine light came on shortly after I cleared the code and drove the car for several weeks. I've cleared the MAF code a few times and after the computer goes through the runtime cycles the light comes on again. I think I will buy a genuine Nissan MAF as they tell me they will back up their MAF sensor when the light comes on. is displayed again for the corresponding code. Yes, it will cost me $280.00 but this code will be permanently deleted. In New Jersey you cannot check this code and theyโ€ฆ

It needs refurbishing or a copy of the original but works great.

. This one is not like the original but works great after I brought the car back to life. I'm also trying other cheaper ones but none of them work and one of them lets my car go into emergency mode and keep the permanent code but after installing this one car starts fine and after driving 57 miles the IM light comes on green again. after replacing the mass air flow sensor at a factory idle and driving cycle must be carried out until all errors are eliminated. google your car. Pretty sure it's used

2011 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL 132,000 miles As a retired mechanic, this P0101 code is very difficult to erase. Always check the air intake for leaks or cracks. Just replace the PCV valve, it's a $5 part. Clean throttle body, check for vacuum leaks. Replace the air filter, make sure it is installed correctly. If you lose even one metal latch on the air cleaner, you will never solve the problem. Check the MAF for debris that may be blocking airflow. I ran every check and, contrary to common senseโ€ฆ
