The engine light came on shortly after installation
The engine light came on shortly after I cleared the code and drove the car for several weeks. I've cleared the MAF code a few times and after the computer goes through the runtime cycles the light comes on again. I think I will buy a genuine Nissan MAF as they tell me they will back up their MAF sensor when the light comes on. is displayed again for the corresponding code. Yes, it will cost me $280.00 but this code will be permanently deleted. In New Jersey you cannot check this code and they can also tell you when the ECM (Engine Control Module) has reset and has not completed its full cycle. I tried once. mike
