does not heat up to the desired temperature, switches off well below the desired temperature.

turn off at 68 degrees when heat is set to 78. After shutdown all settings are reverted to default instead of what I set e.g. B. Rotate, backlight down, and temp set to 80, reset to 78 but doesn't work long enough to even get to 70. The remote control came with a dead battery (yes I pulled out the plastic separator), not at all satisfied and will be returning the product
