Mine arrived chipped and scratched at the bottom. My lash bands didn't hold up well which was annoying. I had to constantly press the lash bands against it. In the end I took the tape and taped the edges of the strips. But after leaving the strips down, it became easier to comb the eyelashes, since they are curved. It's quite heavy, which is good because it doesn't move when you rip off the lashes. I would buy another one because it's so cheap and the delivery was only one day. I hope the next one is in perfect condition. Update: My rating has been changed from 3* to 5*. Customer service is amazing! They contacted me and offered me a full refund. Thank you!
