First of all, I liked this product. I'm allergic to eggs so I decided to make waffles instead of buying them. So cheaper. You can make a large batch and freeze it. Each waffle took 8 minutes to cook and turned a nice golden brown color. Fast forward a month and a half. I put the waffle batter, wait 8 minutes and go get it, the top is raw! The rear window is closed and I'm angry. I want to order another one but I don't know if I really want to risk it happening again.
