Please note that when you select this product you will receive a SATA to USB adapter via the built-in USB hub. I bought it because my cunning plan was to use an external hard drive for my PS4, there are still free ports to connect controllers for charging. Unfortunately, PS4 doesn't support external storage via hubs because _. Also, it works fine with another drive that I use for backups. The integrated hub works perfectly and at full speed, and the drive controller allows the hard drive to spin up as desired after a while without falling off the bus. Good stuff. If you need an adapter + hub, this is just as good.
