A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!

This is the first time I encounter this . yes, it happens in delivery services that you can open the goods only after payment . only no problems . we pay . we open . if the goods are damaged . we immediately return . right on the spot . but such as in  . pay open . but if suddenly something . then decide with the supplier and return it ourselves, we have nothing to do with it . never

Cons

There are simply no words . maybe someone will explain to me . I ordered a bicycle . the courier said that it was impossible to open the goods in order to see its integrity, completeness, color . is it like that in general? And if I have another product there, or the product is damaged? . why did the support service start giving me the phone number of the supplier . they say then we have nothing to do with it . call there., find out . return . etc. . It turns out that if the goods are damaged during delivery . then the delivery service has nothing to do with it ? And why should I communicate directly with the supplier . if I buy through market. I don’t understand anything, I refused the goods and I won’t contact anymore.
