Review on Inch Led Pods Light Bar by Arun Berry

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Mounting brackets suck, light is good

Ordered these for backup lights on my flatbed car transporter, read reviews that the mounting bracket sucks but ordered anyway because they were the right size and the price wasn't bad though they don't work. I then tested them with a 9 volt battery on the kitchen table and I wasn't very impressed with the light, I know it was only 9 volts but it gave me an idea of how bright they would be and if it's worth it. I had trouble installing them, thought it was bright enough and proceeded to install the headlight brackets and I'm here to tell you the reviews are correct when they say they don't fit properly. However, if you're smart enough to assemble and connect things yourself, then you're smart enough to figure out how to use pliers to make a few simple bends to properly install the mount. Once I put the bracket on the nuts, go in the little slot, take a small screwdriver and tighten it up to the screw and you're done. Once mounted on a trailer and running at a full 12 volts they were MUCH brighter than when tested with a 9 volt battery. They work very well as backup lights on my trailer, I'm not sure how far they would extend in the dark for driving. Light but they have a very nice fill pattern and scatter the light very well please remember they are behind me and I am looking in the mirror so it might be different if you mount them on something in front I will say that I'm generally happy with them, except for the stupid braces that have to be bent to fit
