There is definitely something wrong with this particular item
I can't even give a review for this product. I had to return the one I received for my angel's birthday and after 4 days lines started appearing on the screen so I went back to get another one. Then 3 days after she got the second one she said she turned the screen off and it won't turn back on. It stayed black for 2 days. So I have now sent it back AGAIN and am still waiting for the money to be posted back to my bank account. Now I have to buy her another one, a more expensive one, but I'm terrified of getting it through you. I haven't had this problem with any of your other products.
