terrible customer service from xact
the device itself is fine. Phone support is another matter. Automated customer service makes it excruciatingly difficult to switch to the option to speak to a live representative, followed by a 30 minute wait when given the option to select a live representative. As I mentioned the radio works well and isn't a problem, but the navigation and customer service wait times make one wonder how xact supports their product and their customers.
