Review on Metabo SE LTX 6000 Bare by Trey Michaels

I like a very powerful motor that can handle high output speeds with ease. I drilled a 3/8" hole in a Douglas fir board using a regular 3/8" twist drill bit. The Metabo drilled at high speed and didn't require much skill to keep the drill from stalling. The disadvantages include a lot of weight, fast battery drain and a brushed motor. This drill is useful for quickly drilling pilot holes. Despite its heavy weight, I prefer it to my many other cordless drill drivers. A quick whirl and the pilot hole is done with no visible effort.
