Review on Samsung Galaxy A10S A107M Infinity V by Derek Dolla

I have already bought this phone and have been very happy with it and would give it 4 stars (the camera is fine), but I dropped and the glass shattered. I clicked the buy again button on the order page expecting to receive the same phone. Not me. It looked the same, but there were important differences. The first sign something was wrong was the adapters in the box, which weren't compatible with any outlet I had. Next, after migrating all my data, I noticed a few unusual things. Every talking app had a British accent (I didn't mind, but it seemed odd). My weather app is set to 24 hours and no matter how many times I change it to 12 hours, it always comes back to 24 hours. The dates in my email are given as day/month/year, so March 20th would read as 3/20/20. Then I found an insert in the instructions telling me the phone is from India and needs to be activated with an Indian issued SIM card. If I used a SIM card issued in a different region, the phone may not work properly. I live in Pennsylvania and that's where my SIM card was issued. I called support, explained the situation and they sent me a new phone, assuring me that my experience was a mistake that will not happen again. My second new phone arrived, again with strange adapters and of course a card saying it was an Indian phone that needed to be activated with an Indian issued SIM card. This phone is also being returned and I have ordered a completely different phone. Please read the description of the phone carefully before purchasing. If it says "International Phone" don't order!
