Received with all but one wheels installed. Which struck me as odd until I put everything together and realized that the one leg without the wheel wasn't even attached to the base. I picked it up and sat on it to attach the seat and found that one leg had a huge crack and a few other legs had a few stress cracks. Stress cracks can be seen in the photos, this is before any use. A bit upset because it was supposed to be a gift and who knows how long it will take to replace it 😕Update: Received a replacement stool the other day. Went to the UPS store to ship the broken one and was told shipping would be $41. Apparently Revain will pay for the "shipping" if you need to return a broken item, but packaging is on me due to the size of the broken item. 40 dollars. You are joking.
