Great for KP but not great for psoriasis

I decided to buy this lotion to see if it would help my psoriasis on my hands which for some reason was worse than usual this summer, So at this point: I'm willing to try just about anything. So many bottles, tubes and jars of lotion have been given out to friends and family because it didn't help, and various containers of prescription drugs that didn't really work sit on the bathroom shelf. Unfortunately, this cream did not relieve my dry, cracked skin where I had psoriasis or the general dryness of my hands. It's been almost 10 days since I started this, but only minimal changes. Still, it's a very good hand cream. Virtually odorless, which I like. Absorbs quickly, leaves no greasy or sticky feeling on hands. I really wish it had a flip cap instead of a screw top, because flip caps are easier to close if you've just put lotion on your hands, but again, screw tops are more secure when you're carrying this tube in your purse. This lotion doesn't last after washing your hands, but since it absorbs very quickly with repeated use, that's a minor downside. While it didn't help my psoriasis, it did wonders for my follicular keratosis. These bumps were almost banished with this MEG 21 hand cream, to my complete surprise and delight. As with psoriasis, I can't count the number of lotions and potions I've tried to get my CP under control. Although it's a hand cream, I don't think it would hurt to use it on my hands every time they feel dry. After about five days I noticed how much better and smoother my hands were. The longer I use this cream, the better my hands get. Right now I'm about three quarters acne free. As a hand cream I'll rate it a mild two, but as a KP cream it's a firewall five stars. The tube is as big as brands like DermaDoctor but at a better price. Although AmLactin works for KP and is cheaper, it is very harsh on my skin and makes me feel like I have a bad sunburn. So I think this will pretty much replace all the other brands I've used for my CP, but I'm still looking for a lotion that can successfully treat the dry, itchy skin on my hands.
