This chair is killing my lower back! When I bought it I read all the installation instructions once everything was in place. I saw my chair and fell in love with it, it will be a love and hate relationship. I contact the seller after the chair is shifted to the right when I sit on it they send me a part unrelated to the shift. My husband finally asked me why I walk a little differently, I explained to him that this chair is killing me! Why don't you get a new one, he asks me. My answer is "NEW CHAIR", why should I spend more money! Well, it looks very nice but its design is totally unsuitable for your lower back if you plan to use it for your office. If you just need this chair for the "look" then it's perfect! look clean and modern but don't use it for a work office. My problem is still unresolved, I don't know how to contact the company to fix the misalignment of this chair. I've been waiting to write a review because I hate being negative, now I've changed my mind. I want these companies to invest in American products instead of shipping all of these products to China.
