I love this chair and have already reviewed it but I need to add. There was a small tear on one hand. Not wanting to return the whole chair, I contacted the seller who replaced the handle immediately and overnight! Very impressed and very grateful. Many Thanks. The quality of this chair and the comfort is much more than I expected based on the price - great value for money.

The chair looks and feels good. It could have more padding, but is there a zipper in the bottom cushion that you can unzip and (I'm guessing) put more padding on the seat? The only problem was that the fabric near the pre-drilled holes had shifted and was covering the holes. I had to move and tear the fabric near the holes to get it with screws. However, this did not change the general appearance of the chair. It's still a great chair.

I love my chairs. I bought two, one for my desk and one for my husband. We have different styles of desks, his is modern and mine is glamorous but I wanted to tie the two desks together as we share a home office so I figured a great way to do this would be to get the same chair. I was remodeling my office so was looking forward to my chair. It arrived 2 days later than the 2 day delivery but I missed it. I was very surprised that it arrived without ANY instructions - not even a photo. Since this needs to be collected, I would appreciate something. But I can understand. This chair was difficult to assemble (the holes in the frame didn't line up properly, I had to screw the screws back on), it was damaged in one piece when I received it and was much larger , than I expected. Don't get me wrong it's still nice but just poor quality for the price I paid for it. Make sure you have something to clean after you assemble it.
