I was remodeling my office so was looking forward to my chair. It arrived 2 days later than the 2 day delivery but I missed it. I was very surprised that it arrived without ANY instructions - not even a photo. Since this needs to be collected, I would appreciate something. But I can understand. The zippers on the back of the seat don't stretch - why? This made it difficult to open, and I wanted to pull the skin tighter (not leather at all, folks) since it was covering the screw holes. One of the zippers broke when closing. Hm. The "metal" on the sides of the chair is actually plastic and can easily be cut or broken. So be CAREFUL when screwing these arms! It is comfortable. However, with all these issues, I have to wonder how long it will take before it looks ripped. i will keep it But I have to wonder if that's a good idea.
